User Deletion Policy

1. Introduction

At Coupon Connect, your privacy is our top priority. This policy outlines the procedures you can follow to delete your account, the steps taken to handle your data after deletion, and how you can request manual deletion. We believe in offering you complete control over your personal information, ensuring that your data is managed with full transparency and security.

2. Automatic Account Deletion Due to Inactivity

If your Coupon Connect account remains inactive for a period of 90 consecutive days, it will be automatically deleted. Inactivity is defined as no login or user interaction with the app. Prior to deletion, you will receive a notification via email or in-app, giving you a chance to log in and retain your account. If no action is taken, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted, and the process cannot be reversed.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon deletion of your account, whether manual or automatic:

  • All personal data linked to your account will be permanently erased from our systems, and no further access to your data will be available.
  • Your access to the Coupon Connect platform will be completely revoked, and the account will be unrecoverable.
  • Any content you have shared within the app, including in-app purchases, saved coupons, content, or shared media, will be deleted and cannot be retrieved after deletion.

4. Re-Registration

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log back in or access any past data, including previously redeemed coupons or purchases. If you wish to use Coupon Connect again, you will need to create a new account. However, please note that your previous account data (e.g., purchases, coupon history, or user preferences) cannot be restored.
